She applied the Page 69 Test to her new novel, Never Let You Go, and reported the following:
Never Let You Go is told from two perspectives. Lindsey, the mother who believes her ex-husband, recently released from prison after ten years, is stalking her for revenge, and Sophie, her teenage daughter who is trying to reconnect with her father. Page 69 is the opening to the first chapter where we hear from Sophie. We learn that she has been keeping a large secret from her mother. She's been writing letters to her him while he's behind bars and opening a Pandora's box unresolved emotions. I hope the reader will be drawn in to her life, her longing for a father, and see that Sophie doesn’t understand the danger that she is putting them both in.Learn more about the book and author at the official Chevy Stevens website.
